🔍 FAQ’s: SANDOW AdShuttle Submission Portal

Can I edit my AdShuttle submission after it has been delivered?

AdShuttle does not offer an edit option after delivery. You may complete a new submission with your revised print-ready ad creative, including any important information in the “Notes” field. Once received, our production team will delete the previous submission and move forward with the replacement submission.

Can I submit multiple ads?

Each print-ready ad will need to be uploaded separately. Please indicate any important information regarding your creatives in the “Notes” field.

For NeoCon Show Dailies, you may submit a different creative for each day by uploading separately and selecting the day from the issue menu. Please note, Day 1 and 2 are printed and distributed onsite at the event with Day 3 distributed digitally only and the specs are the same.

Why is the issue I need to select missing in AdShuttle?

If the issue you are submitting for is not showing in the drop-down menu, it may be early, before the portal has been opened to receive submissions for that date. Please reach out to printmaterials@sandowdesign.com with the issue needed and our production team will have it added to the AdShuttle menu.

Where do I submit my ad index information?

You may include ad index information with your submission in the “Notes” field. Currently, ad indexes are only printed in the Interior Design Market Tabloids.

Will my ad be on a right-hand page or left-hand page?

If your creative is designed with a specific orientation, please include comments in the “Notes” field of your submission. Interior Design and Metropolis ad placements are mapped by our production editorial teams, you may submit more than one version of your creative for consideration by completing an additional submission.

How do I provide a color proof?

If color is a concern and you have obtained a certified SWOP proof, please select this option in your AdShuttle submission and reach out to printmaterials@sandowdesign.com for shipping information. Our production team will provide your proof to our printer for color match on press.
