After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create a unique submission form for your campaign. They will contact to you by email with the due date and a link to upload materials. Timelines will vary based on design, editorial or scheduling needs for your campaign. Lead times for social campaign materials will typically be a minimum of 10 business days while homepage takeovers, sponsored newsletters, and custom articles require 4-6 weeks.

What are the image requirements for my campaign?

As a best practice, high-resolution, clean images without any copy or branding are requested. Images should be professionally shot, showcasing lifestyle or room settings with bright colors and unique interior or architectural features. The image specs for your campaign are listed within your custom submission form and can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.

Can a UTM be used for my campaign URL click through link?

While UTM links are acceptable for social campaigns, website banners, and native articles, it is recommended to refrain from using bitly links in email communications.

How long does my campaign run?

Campaigns will go live on the scheduled run date. Durations vary by campaign type and details can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.

How will I receive reporting with my campaign metrics?

After the completion of your campaign, your Client Strategist or Sales Director will touch base with you directly with reporting. KPI’s vary by campaign and details can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.

Can I use a video instead of images for my social post or ad campaign?

If you opt for a video, please ensure it is 1080x1080px, in mp4 format, and under 1 min in length. Please note, Meta has different settings for targeted ad videos that will not support audio.

Will my social profile be tagged in the ad campaign caption?

Unlike social post captions that do have the ability to include text tags, Meta has different settings for targeted ad captions that will not support text tags. Your social ad will include a click through link to your preferred landing page.

Who is the targeted audience for my social ad campaign?

Social ads are targeted to engaged Interior Design or Metropolis social media followers, website visitors and very specific lookalike audiences. Beginning on the scheduled run date, the platform will deliver the ad to the targeted group audience. Geo-targeting parameters can be applied upon request.

Where can I see my social ad once its live?

What is the difference between an Instagram post and Instagram ad?

An Instagram post will be published on the scheduled date to the Interior Design or Metropolis  Instagram page. The image will also show on the main grid view (4:5 ratio) to open the post directly and on the link in bio page to open your preferred URL.

If the background of your banner ad is white, please add a 1x1 pixel border to enhance visibility.
