After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create a unique submission form for your campaign. They will contact to you by email with the due date and a link to upload materials. Timelines will vary based on design, editorial or scheduling needs for your campaign. Pinterest content should align with the Design Milk brand identity and focus on a theme that is relevant, informative, and engaging for the audience.

📑 Assets required for your submission form
To create your promoted Pinterest board, the following assets are needed:
- Images: 10 images
- Headlines: 10 headlines, 4-5 words recommended
- Captions: 10 captions, 200 characters or less, 2-3 hashtags
- URL's: 10 website links
- Keywords: 15 words related to the products/pins
- Company Pinterest Account: URL preferred
🖼️ What you need to know about image quality
As a best practice, high-resolution images are requested. Optional logo placement is recommended anywhere on the image except the bottom right corner where the Pinterest search option could obstruct. Images should be professionally shot, showcasing lifestyle or room settings with bright colors and unique interior or architectural features.

- Maximum File Size: 30 MB
- Preferred File Types: JPG, PNG
🔗 Guidelines regarding content and links
Design Milk editors will ensure the content remains clear and concise. Each dedicated Pinterest board can feature up to 10 pins. UTM links are accepted.
