🔍 General Video Campaigns
When will materials be due for my campaign?
After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create an intake form for your campaign and email you a due date along with upload instructions. Timelines vary by campaign type, materials are typically due approximately two weeks prior to production.
What are the image requirements for my campaign?
As a best practice, high-resolution, clean images without any copy or branding are requested. Images should be professionally shot and showcase lifestyle or room settings. Horizontal images with a minimum resolution of 3840x2160px are preferred. The image specs for your campaign are listed within your intake form and can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.
What should I wear on-camera?
Dress in a way that feels comfortable and professionally representative of you. We recommend avoiding tight stripes as they moiré on camera and all-white clothing, which can easily overexpose.
What type of connectivity is required for remote recording?
A stable internet connection is required. You may connect via Wi-Fi or cellular data (LTE). When using an iPhone, Wi-Fi is typically stronger and more reliable. If joining from a computer, a wired ethernet connection is recommended whenever possible.
What type of lighting is best for remote recording?
Choose a location with ample ambient light. Bright, naturally lit spaces with adjustable light control (such as shades or curtains) work best. Ideally, face the primary light source or position it slightly to the side of you.
What type of location provides the best audio quality for remote recording?
Select a quiet location free from background noise such as HVAC vents, fans, ringing phones, music, or nearby traffic. Avoid very large rooms, as can cause echo depending on furnishings and sound absorption.
How long does my campaign run?
Campaigns will go live on their scheduled start date. Duration varies by campaign type and contract details, which are outlined in your media plan and can also be referenced in the related Knowledge Base article.
How will I receive reporting with my campaign metrics?
After your campaign concludes, your Client Strategist or Sales Director will provide performance reporting. KPI’s vary by campaign type and details can also be found in the related Knowledge Base article.
