AZURE Sponsored Social Guidelines

Learn how to prepare your partner content for the AZURE Sponsored Social campaign with best practices on image quality, copy guidelines, and submission requirements.

After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create a unique submission form for your campaign. They will contact to you by email with the due date and a link to upload materials. Timelines will vary based on design, editorial or scheduling needs for your campaign. Lead times for social campaign materials will typically be 2-3 weeks (minimum of 10 business days).

The AZURE Sponsored Social Push Package consists of three posts, one for each platform: Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Content should align with the AZURE brand identity and focus on a theme that is relevant, informative, and engaging for the audience.

📑 Assets required for your submission form

To create your Instagram post, the following assets are needed:

  • Image: 1-10 images without copy or branding
  • Caption: 200 characters or less, 2-3 hashtags
  • URL: website for link in bio
  • Company Instagram Account: URL preferred
To create your LinkedIn post, the following assets are needed:
  • Image: 1 image without copy or branding
  • Caption: 200 characters or less, 2-3 hashtags
  • URL: website for link in caption
  • Company LinkedIn Account: URL preferred 
To create your Pinterest post, the following assets are needed:
  • Image: 1 image without copy or branding
  • Caption: 200 characters or less, 2-3 hashtags
  • URL: website for link
  • Company Pinterest Account: URL preferred 

🖼️ What you need to know about image quality

As a best practice, high-resolution, clean images without any copy or branding are requested. Images should be sharp and well-lit to catch the viewer's attention. Images that are underlit or have harsh shadows can lose detail and appear less professional. Ensure the main subject of your photo is clear and well-positioned. We recommend following the rule of thirds, a photographic guideline that divides an image into nine parts using two horizontal and two vertical lines. Placing subjects at these intersections or lines makes photos more engaging.

Image Specifications:

  • Instagram Image Resolution: vertical 4:5 ratio (main grid safe zone)
  • Instagram Reel: 1080x1920px, vertical 9:16 ratio (mp4, under 1 min)
  • LinkedIn Image Resolution: 1200x630px horizontal or 1080x1080px square
  • Pinterest Image Resolution: 1000x1500px horizontal
  • Maximum File Size: 30 MB
  • Preferred File Types: JPG, PNG

🔗 Guidelines regarding content and links

AZURE editors will ensure the Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest content remains clear and concise. For Instagram carousel posts, please make sure that all images submitted adhere to the same specifications. When an image carousel is used for your Instagram post, the caption shown will be the same for each image. Captions may include text tags and UTM links are accepted.

Impressions: 150k (this figure represents the total combined metrics from all three platform posts)

After the completion of your campaign, your Client Strategist or Sales Director will touch base with you directly with reporting.

Please be aware that KPI's for individual sponsored posts purchased separately for LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook may vary.
