AZURE Spec Sheets Guidelines
Learn how to prepare your partner content for AZURE Spec Sheets with best practices on image quality, copy guidelines, and submission requirements.
After your media plan or contract is finalized, our project management team will create a unique submission form for your campaign. They will contact to you by email with the due date and a link to upload materials. Timelines will vary based on design, editorial or scheduling needs for your campaign. Lead time will typically be 3-4 weeks. The Spec Sheets page features an AZURE branded template with a set layout and font style, and custom color scheme. Your product selection should focus on a theme that is relevant, informative, and engaging for the AZURE audience.

📑 Assets required for your submission form
To create your spec sheet, the following assets are needed:

Images: 10+ images without copy or branding

Product Details: product name, manufacturer, designer

Product Description/Material Composition: 300+ word count for SEO purposes

Company Logo: JPG preferred

Lead Generation: compressed pdf file (brochure or other literature for download), email address where lead correspondence is sent

Banner: 970x250px optional creative

Company Facebook Account: URL for page promotion
🖼️ What you need to know about image quality
As a best practice, high-resolution, clean images without any copy or branding are requested. We recommend professionally shot images that are visually engaging, with strong composition, balanced lighting and a clear sense of context, highlighting distinctive design features. Lifestyle imagery is preferred over standalone product shots.

🔗 Guidelines regarding content and links
AZURE editors will write the spec sheet listing, ensuring the content remains clear and concise with a length of 300 words. Hyperlinks may be included within selected text throughout the spec sheet. UTM links are acceptable. Video files may be featured in the spec sheet upon request.
📈 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and reporting
Impressions: 1.5k page views per product
Your Spec Sheet lives on the AZURE website, showcasing 1 product per quarter. Additionally, AZURE will actively promote the page across our social and digital channels, ensuring it meets its guaranteed KPI's. After the completion of your campaign, your Client Strategist or Sales Director will touch base with you directly with reporting.
